I think we should have given the 700 billion dollar relief to the middle and lower class Americans who could have paid off their house and bills it could have generated money back into our economy. If the average middle or lower class had a mortgage less than $250,000 and paid their house off it would give the banks the money to recycle. There have been abuse already with the bailout money by a certain company.
